🚚 Important Shipping Update – October 16, 2025

Due to the nationwide Canada Post strike, regular postal operations are currently paused.
To ensure your orders continue to arrive safely and without major delays, we are now offering alternative shipping options including Purolator Express®, Purolator Ground®.

⚠️ What You Need to Know

  • Orders shipped via Canada Post during the rolling strike may experience significant delays or even become stuck in transit if the full strike resumes.

  • We strongly recommend selecting Purolator during checkout to avoid disruptions.

  • We will continue to offer alternative delivery solutions until further notice.

💸 Updated Free Shipping Policy

Due to increased logistics costs during the strike period, we’re updating our Free Shipping threshold from $89+ to $99+ (before tax).
We will still partially cover your shipping cost to support our customers:

  • Orders $99–$199 → We cover $20

  • Orders $200–$299 → We cover $40

  • Orders $300–$499 → We cover $50

  • …and so on.

If the shipping cost exceeds the covered amount, we will email you for the difference. If there’s no response within 5 business days, your order will be shipped via Canada Post automatically.

🕒 Order Processing Notice

Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders over C$99 in Canada

In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED

We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+, depending on your province or state) option on every single package, with no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, the signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to the Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age-verified, by Canadian law. Only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Deliveries take place every day except for Sundays, and holidays. Deliveries will arrive to you between 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

You must present an ID to the driver showing that you are 19 years of age or older. Failure to do so will result in a failed delivery and an additional $8.00 to re-attempt delivery on a future day. Please be sure you are available to receive the delivery.

You will receive an email and a text message stating that your order is on the way about 30 minutes before your delivery.
